摘要
学习型社会是一个全民学习、终身学习,通过学习发现和发展人的潜能,实现人的全面发展和社会和谐的社会。它是一个不断变化的社会,也是一个需要对学习与教育进行改革与创新的社会。学习型社会教育的变革不仅是某个原理或某种方法的改变,也不是一种原有范式的修修补补,而需要在教育主体、教育重心和教育价值取向等方面系统的范式转变。学习创新是学习型社会教育主体转换的内在要求和教育重心转移的必然选择。
A learning society is a society of learning for all and lifelong learning, where the individual potentialities could be discovered and developed through learning so as to achieve all-round human development and social harmony. A learning society is not only a changing society, but also a society that requires reform and innovation in learning and education. The transformation of education in a learning society is more than the change of a certain principle or method, nor a tinkering of the former paradigm, but a systematic transformation of paradigm in educational subject, educational focus as well as educational value orientation. Learning innovation is the inherent requirement of the sujective transformation and inevitable choice for the transformation of educational focus in a learning society.
