摘要
分别用表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(1631)和十八烷基三甲基溴化铵(1831),采用室温法和水热晶化法合成了纯硅MCM41中孔分子筛,利用XRD、FTIR等技术探讨了两种表面活性剂对MCM41的合成及产物特性的影响。结果表明,用1631作为表面活性剂时,合成的MCM41样品具有晶化速率快、晶胞参数小和热稳定性较好的特点;而用表面活性剂1831时,合成的MCM41晶胞参数较大。
Surfactants C16H33(CH3)3NBr (1631) and C18H37(CH3)3NBr (1831) were used for syntheses of silicabased mesoporous molecular sieves MCM41 by the room tempreture method and hydrothermal crystallization The influences of these two surfactants on the crystallization, pore structure and stability of MCM41 were studied with data collected by means of XRD and FTIR When 1631 was cohsen as a surfactant, the sample was expected to be obtained with higher crystallization rate and admirable thermal stability, while it would be made with larger unit cell constant, possibly thicker pore wall, better hydrothermal stability, and higher resistance to strong acids when 1831 was used instead
