摘要
从影响规划的主要驱动因子出发,将一般用于宏观长远研究的情景分析应用于交通规划环境影响评价,根据各驱动因子的发展情景构造情景矩阵,得出若干未来发展的情景方案。并以南通市主城区支路系统规划为例,构造并分别评价了4种情景,筛选出了最佳情景,结果显示中方案最适合未来南通市崇川区支路发展。
Considering the significance of the branch road planning and the advantage of the scenario analysis used in long-term planning ,this paper studied the planning environmental impact assessment of branch road planning using scenario analysis, constructed and evaluated 4 scenarios, and screened out the best one. The conclusion revealed that the medium scenario was more suit to Chongchuan, Nantong in the future.
