摘要
目的建立复方羊连胶囊的质量标准。方法采用TLC定性鉴别复方羊连胶囊中的黄连、丹参,采用RP-HPLC定量检测淫羊藿苷的含量。结果在TLC中分别检出黄连、丹参,斑点清晰可见,重现性好。利用RP-HPLC得到的淫羊藿苷的线性范围为4.4×10-2～4.4×10-1μg,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=1.05%(n=6)。结论定性定量方法简便、专属、准确,能有效地控制复方羊连胶囊的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard of Compound Yanglian capsule. METHODS TLC was used to identify the rhizome of Chinese goldthread and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in Compound Yanglian capsule .RP-HPLC was used to determine the content of icraiine. RESULTS The rhizome of Chinese goldthread and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in Compound Yanglian capsule was found on TCL. The spot was clear. The method showed a good reproducibility. The Linear Range of icraiine was in the range of 4.4×10^-2～4.4×10^-1μg,m0.9999. The average recovery rate is 99.7% with RSD of 1.05%（n=6） CONCLUSION The method is simple, efficient, sensitive and can be applied to quality control of Compound Yanglian capsules
