摘要
通过介绍澳大利亚卫生服务体制、社区卫生服务以及全科医生的培养,探讨对中国的借鉴意义。其一,借鉴澳大利亚总额预付的形式来对社区资金投入进行管理;其二,要完善卫生社区服务的服务范围和培训体系;其三,要充分发挥全科医生的守门人和资金掌握者的职责。
Based on the experience of health delivery system, community health service system and general practitioner training in Australia, the references in China were discussed. Firstly, global budget payment system could be used to manage community health service fund. Secondly, the scope of community health service and general practitioner should be improved. Thirdly, the functions of general practitioner as gatekeeper and fund manager could be improved.
