摘要
我国电力市场基本上还属于改革初期,发电机组一部分上网电量及其上网电价由政府通过合同来保证,剩余发电量采取竞争方式决定上网电量额度及其上网电价,其目的就是为了保证新、老机组均能获得一定的生存能力。我国当前提倡的发电节能调度,就是考虑从合同发电向节能发电进行过渡,其目的是为了减少化石燃料的消耗。首先给出机组之间发电成本差距分析模型,在考虑合同电量基础上给出节能调度优化模型,最后确定需要置换的发电机组,并给出置换机组之间效益分配方式。
China' s electricity market reform is in early time, one part of electricity and its price for generating units are regulated by the Government through a contract and remaining electricity to take the competition to determine the amount of electricity and its price, its purpose is to ensure that new and old units have access to a certain degree of viability. The promotion of China' s current generation energy- saving dispatch means that power generation is considered from the contract generation to energy - efficient generation, its aim is to reduce consumption of fossil fuels. In this paper, the gap cost analysis model for different power generation units is given at first, and then, energy- efficient scheduling optimization model is given based units generation contract, finally the generating units are selected to need replacement, and benefit distribution model is given.
