摘要
测量生物材料幅频和相频特性是研究生物组织电性质的重要方法,同时测量系统的精度决定研究结果的准确性。针对此项研究,测量系统以C8051F340单片机为MCU;AD9852为信号源,产生频率、幅度可调的正弦信号。采用AD8302测量组织与标准电阻两端的幅度比和相位差,实现1 Hz^10 MHz频率范围内测量生物组织的频谱特性。实验结果表明,该系统实时性和精确度较好。
The spectrum character of biological materials plays an important role in the research of bioeleetrical properties. And accuracy of the research depends on the precision of measuring system. In this research, a measurement system is designed. C8051F340 used as MCU and AD9852 is chosen to supply Sine signal with variable frequency and amplitude. The magnitude ratio and phase are measured by AD8302 between tissue and the standard resistor so as to achieve the bioelectrical impedance measurement from 1 Hz- 10 MHz. The experimental result indicates that the system has good real- time performance and accuracy.
