摘要
为增大升机率，提高采煤机械可靠性，保证综采工作面的高产高效，提出了在恶劣工况条件下对采煤机械进行“就地诊断故障和修复”方法。提出了状态监测与故障诊断的试验结果，并指出了常见故障关键所在和故障诊断技术的特点。
For increasing start-up rate,improving coal machinery reliability and guaranteeing hi-production and hi-efficient rate of comprehensive mining face (CMF), a local diagnosis and modification way for coal machinery is put forward in the adverse condition. Test results of the status supervision and fault diagnosis are presented and the key faults commonly happened and the property of fault diagnosis techique are pointed out.
