摘要
本文主要是讨论添加成形剂对蒙乃尔原始粉末管坯压制成形性和蒙乃尔过滤管性能的影响。通过对100-160目原始粉末添加成形剂的改性处理,蒙乃尔过滤管的整体成形率从40%-50%提高到98%;相对透气性从63m3/(m2.kPa.h)提高到107m3/(m2.kPa.h),最大孔径从20μm增大到28.6μm;孔隙率从27.9%提高到30.1%;但是蒙乃尔过滤管的抗拉强度却从51.4MPa下降到22.65MPa。
The effect of binder on the properties of Monel green and ready filter catridge was discussed. By meands of modifying the original powders of 100--160 mesh, the green catridge forming rate increased from 40%- 50% to 98%; the relative permeability increaed from 63 m^3/（m^2 · kPa · h） to 107 m^3/（m^2 · kPa · h）,the maxmum pore size increaed from 20 μm to 28. 6 μm,the porosity in creaed from 27.9% to 30.1% ,but the tensile strength decreased from 51.4 MPa to 22.65 MPa.
