摘要
职业成功是一个人在职业生涯发展过程中所累积的积极的心理上的或是与工作有关的成果或成就。对职业成功的测量主要是从客观职业成功和主观职业成功两个方面。职业成功的影响因素主要包括人力资本、组织支持、社会人口学状况和稳定个体差异四个方面。未来的研究不仅要重视客观职业成功,而且要重视主观职业成功;系统的考察各因素对于职业成功的影响机制;同时,要提高研究方法的科学性。
Career success may be defined as the accomplishment of desirable work-related outcomes at any point in a person's work experiences over time. It can be measured in two fundamentally different ways, subjective career success and objective career success. The predictors of career success can mainly be classified into human capital, organizational support, socio-demographic status, and stable individual differences. Future studies should not only attach importance to objective career success, but emphasize subjective career success more. Researchers need to systematically investigate mechanisms that each predictor acts on career success and improve scientificness of research methods.
