摘要
建立了高效毛细管电泳-间接紫外吸收检测法测定依替膦酸钠。采用未涂层熔融石英毛细管柱,以7mmol/L苯甲酸钠-7mmol/L磷酸二氢钾(pH8.0)为运行缓冲液,分离电压20kV,检测波长224nm。依替膦酸钠在62.5~1000μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,检测限为7.82μg/ml,回收率为98.1%~100.8%,RSD≤1.5%。
A capillary electrophoresis method with indirect UV detection was established for the determination of etidronate disodium. An uncoated fused-silica capillary column was used, with the running buffer of 7 mmol/L sodium benzoate-7 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (pH 8.0), at the applied voltage of 20 kV and detection wavelength of 224 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 62.5-1000 μg/ml, with the detection limit of 7.82 μg/ml. The recoveries of etidronate disodium were 98.1%-100.8 %, with the RSDs no more than 1.5 %.
