镁基准晶对AZ31镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Mg-Based Quasicrystals Addition on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy

摘要 在常规铸造条件下,向AZ31合金熔体中加入适量的Mg-Zn-Y-Mn准晶中间合金获得准晶增强的AZ31合金材料。通过XRD、SEM、EDS以及拉伸试验等研究了Mg-Zn-Y-Mn准晶中间合金加入量对AZ31合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明:Mg-Zn-Y-Mn准晶中间合金的加入使基体组织得到细化,合金的力学性能得到提高。当加入5%的中间合金时,其宏观硬度为60.63HB,而拉伸强度达到峰值为179.16MPa,比原合金提高了32%。 Under normal casting conditions, the AZ31 matrix alloy strengthened by quasicrystal was fabricated by adding Mg-Zn-Y-Mn quasicrystal master alloy into the molten AZ31 alloy. The effects of Mg-Zn-Y-Mn master alloy on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 matrix alloy were investigated by using of XRD, SEM, EDS and tensile test etc. The results show that the microstructures of matrix alloy were refined and its mechanical properties were improved a lot with the introducing of Mg-Zn-Y-Mn master alloy into AZ31 alloy. When the addition of Mg-Zn-Y-Mn master alloy was 5%, the macro-hardness of the alloy increased to 60.63 HB and its tensile strength could reach the highest values of 179.16 MPa, which was improved 32% than the AZ31 magnesium alloy.
