摘要
目的探讨新生儿抚触促进新生儿生长发育、融洽护患关系、提高产妇满意度的临床价值。方法选择2008年1月至2008年8月在我科住院正常分娩和剖宫产的健康儿200例,随机分为对照组100例,抚触组100例,观察新生儿吃奶量、睡眠时间、排便时间和产妇满意度。结果抚触组新生儿吃奶量、睡眠时间、排便时间及产妇满意度均优于对照组。结论新生儿抚触既能促进新生儿生长发育,又能融洽护患关系,提高产妇满意度。是一种值得推广的简单易行效果好的新型护理技术。
Objective To probe into whether touching newbem babies can speed up their growth or harmonize the relationship between nurses and patients in order to improve the degree of postpartum maternity satisfaction. Methods Three hundred and sixteen healthy newbem ba- bies including normal born and caesarean birth babies in this department from January 2008 to August 2008 were randomly divided into two groups： control group （ n = 100 ） and touching group（ n = 100） . The amount of breast milk, sleeping time,times of defecation in newbems and degree of maternity satisfaction were observed. Results The amount of breast milk, sleeping time and defecation times and maternity satisfaction of newborns in touching group are greater than those of control group. Conclusion Touching newborn babies can not only speed up their growth, but it can also harmonize the relationship between nurses and patients in improving maternity satisfaction. It is a simple new - pattern of nursing measure with good effect and It is worthy to be popularized.
