国内外成品油价格形成机制的比较分析 被引量：4

摘要 当今世界上成品油定价方式主要有两种,一是完全由市场决定,二是政府定价。本文从介绍世界主要工业化国家成品油价格机制开始,将中美两国成品油价格形成机制在定价主体、与国际市场的关系、价格结构等方面进行比较,并从市场结构、政府监管、政治经济体制的角度分析了造成两国成品油价格机制差别的原因。文章最后讨论了中美两种不同的成品油价格机制的经济效率,从效率方面考虑成品油价格市场化是发展市场经济的必然。
