摘要 在铝合金活塞中镶嵌奥氏体铸铁圈是强化活塞环槽最好方法之一,能较大幅度地提高活塞使用寿命,但也给活塞制造增加了难度。从渗铝工艺着手,围绕如何增强铁铝间结合强度出发,就渗铝液的成分、铸铁耐磨圈表面质量、渗铝温度、渗铝时间以及操作工艺和方法等多方面进行分析试验研究,得到了比较合理的渗铝工艺参数,提高了渗铝质量,增强了铁铝间的结合强度,使活塞使用寿命较大幅度地延长。 It is the best way to strengthen piston ring groove by inserting anstenitic cast iron ring in the aluminum alloy piston, which greatly improve piston life, but also increase the difficulty of manufacturing piston. In order to enhance the bond strength between Fe and Al, from aluminizing process of cast iron, the Al melt composition, the surface quality of cast iron wear-resistant ring, the aluminizing temperature and time, the operating techniques and methods and so on were studed, the more reasonable aluminizing process parameters were obtained, , which improved the aluminizing quality, enhanced bonding strength between Al and Fe, so that greatly extended the piston service life.
