摘要
基于一项对400位农民工的问卷调查,运用三个计量模型实证研究了异地歧视对外来民工工作的影响。研究结果表明:异地歧视对外来民工白领职位的获得、工作薪酬以及薪酬满意度均产生负面影响;此外,还发现教育与工作经验这两类人力资本因素对农民工的工作影响显著,尤其教育水平对农民工白领岗位获得、工作薪酬及薪酬满意度均产生重要的正向影响。
Based on a survey of 400 migrant workers, this paper applies the three empirical model to analyze diserimination against migrant workers place of work. These results show that : discrimination against migrant workers are adversely affected to white - collar jobs, pay and the pay satisfaction ; In addition, it also found that education and work experience plays a significant impact. In particular, the level of education of migrant workers have a significantly positive impact on access to white - collar jobs, pay and pay satisfaction
