摘要
分析了中国石化九江分公司延迟焦化装置的能耗构成特点及其影响的主要因素,通过采取加大装置处理量、提高原料换热终温和加热炉热效率、实施低温热回收综合利用、机泵增设变频和削级处理、提高水的回用率等工艺操作优化和设备改造措施,减少了燃料气、蒸汽、电和水的消耗。与设计值相比,装置能耗下降了468.16MJ/t,由此2008年1~10月份可增加2335万元以上的经济效益。
This article analyzes the energy efficiency of a delayed coking unit in Sinopec Jiujiang Company as well as the main factors affecting the unit's energy efficiency.In an experiment,the unit's consumption of fuel gas,steam,power and water dropped after engineers took some process optimization and equipment up- grade measures such as increasing the volume of feedstock processed,raising the final temperature for heat exchange of the feedstock and the heat efficiency of the heating furnace,installing low-temperature heat re- covery system ,adding frequency conversion functions and reducing stages for the pump unit and strengthening the reutilization of waste water.Compared with original designed values,the unit's energy consumption dropped by 468.16MJ/t.This optimization led to an increase in the company's revenue of more than 23.35 million yuan during January to October 2008.
