摘要
主要研究利用遥感卫星影像进行国土资源变化动态监测,探讨了遥感影像数据处理的一些关键技术,重点研究了利用遥感卫星影像数据进行国土资源变化动态监测的技术设计、数据处理、变化信息提取、精度分析以及数据应用等问题,进一步阐明了利用遥感技术将有助于提高国土资源管理的能力和服务水平。
This paper studied the dynamic inspection for land resource based on remote sense technology. Discussed some key technology for data process of remote sense and mainly studied the technical design, data process, picking up the changed information, analyzed the precision and data service of the application of using the remote sense. Introduced the ability of remote sense for improve the land administration and service.
