新型管式气囊的防护性能分析及结构优化 被引量:8

摘要 汽车安全气囊乘员约束系统是一种有效的被动安全保护设备,它可有效地降低乘员在碰撞中所承受的减速冲击和二次碰撞力,但气囊在提供乘员保护的同时也可能对乘员尤其是离位乘员造成伤害。因此如何进一步减少副作用、降低成本等问题仍是理论上和工程中需要不断探索的重要课题。对作者发明的管式气囊技术进行进一步研究,通过有限元建模及MADYMO仿真运算软件建立气囊以及假人的虚拟试验模型,采用台车试验和虚拟试验相结合的方法,以台车试验获得的碰撞加速度曲线作为基线,附加上用计算机产生具有相同统计特性的白噪声子样,合成得到虚拟试验所需的碰撞曲线,输入到所建立的有限元模型中进行运算,对管式气囊的静态起爆特性以及在碰撞中对乘员的防护效果进行研究分析,虚拟试验结果表明管式气囊展开过程基本平稳,展开模式可控性强,先展开后膨胀的展开方式避免了传统气囊起爆初期压力突然增大以及后期压力不足的情况,能更好地发挥碰撞过程中对乘员的保护作用。同时针对仿真过程中发现的问题,通过布置拉带的方式对管式气囊的结构进行进一步优化。 It is well known that airbag restraint system is a kind of effective and important passive safety equipment; it can reduce the impact force of the second collision during a crash. However, airbag not only provides protection but also may cause injuries to the occupants especially to the out-of-position occupants. So it is quite necessary to proceed with fiarther researches on its related techniques to minimize the possible side-effects. A further research on the sandwiched tube-type airbag invented by the author is made. The sled tests and virtual testing technique are used together, first the collision accelerations are collected from sled tests and treated as baseline. The baseline curves are synthesized with the white noise generated by the computer to form the collision curves for the virtual tests. By using the finite element modeling technology and MADYMO virtual testing technique, the static initiation characteristics and protection effect of the sandwiched tube-type airbag are analyzed, and the simulation results indicate that the tube-type airbag deploys steadily and the deploying mode is well controllable, so it can reduce the injury risk and provide better protections to the out-of-position occupants. The structural optimization is performed to work out the potential instability problem.
