摘要
对中药糙苏中的多糖进行提取,利用苯酚硫酸法测定糙苏中多糖的含量,设计正交实验探讨糙苏多糖提取的最佳条件,对中药糙苏粉末在Soxhelt提取器里以乙醚回流提取之后,用质量分数为2%的碳酸钠溶液作为介质,在90℃时浸提30 min,可使糙苏中多糖的提取率达到极大值。利用纸色谱法分析糙苏多糖的单糖组成,结果表明糙苏多糖中的单糖主要是葡萄糖,有少量的半乳糖和果糖。糙苏多糖具有抗氧化活性,对Fenton反应产生的.OH具有明显地清除作用。
The content of polysaccharide obtained from medicinal herb Phlomis umbrosa was determined by the use of phenol hydrate - sulphuric acid and the optimum extractive technique was tested by orthogonal experiments. The experiments showed that the polysaccharide from Phlomis umbrosa could be extracted to reach the best concentration when a solution of 2.0% sodium carbonate at 90 ℃ and 30 minutes were used to treat samples after recycling the powder in Soxhelt with ether. On the base of TCL, monosaccharide constituents of the polysaccharide were analyzed, the result showed that the polysaccharide mainly contained glucose, and a little of galactose and fructose. The polysaccharide has obvious action to anti-oxidation activities of scavenging effect for -OH produced by Fenton reaction.
