摘要
知识管理在图书馆中的运用是挖掘隐性知识,使其成为显性知识。本人引入"场"的理论,阐述"场"环境对图书馆员的影响,提出构建图书馆"场"的方法,主要包括愿景层次、目标层次、策略层次和具体措施层次,指出"场"运行过程中要不断进行监控,促进其发挥最大效益。
The use of knowledge management in library is to mine hidden knowledge and turn it into explicit knowledge. The paper introduces “ba” theory, expounds the influence of “ba” environment to librarians, and puts forward the way to establish library “ba”,including long -term vision, targets, strategies and detailed implementations. It also points out that constant monitoring is necessary in the operating process to maximize the effectiveness.
