摘要
介绍了基于PIC16F877A单片机的漏电火灾报警控制系统的硬件组成和软件设计方法,采用了SPI总线方式实现单片机与各个功能模块之间的信号传递,通过VFD显示系统状态及故障信息。重点介绍了用单片机定时中断实时采样多组数据的设计方法,并给出了部分硬件原理图和定时中断采样程序流程图。实验表明,该系统稳定可靠,能提供实时准确的保护。
The hardware design and the software realization for the intelligent leakage current fire alarming system based on the microcontroller PIC16F877A are introduced. The MCU connects with other functional parts by the SPI bus, and the system state, the voltage value and error message are displayed through a VFD screen. Moreover, the design method of timer interrupt sampling for multi-channel by MCU is described in detail, and the hardware scheme and program flow chart of sampling are given. The experiments show that the system is reliable and stable, and can provide real-ime and exact protection.
