摘要
应用 Formastor-Digital 全自动相变测量记录装置,测定了 10SiMn 双相钢的 CCT曲线,研究了微量铈对该钢过冷奥氏体转变动力学的影响。发现铈使 10SiMn 钢的 CCT 曲线右移,并降低了 Ar_1,Ar_8,Ms 等临界点,说明微量铈在钢中起合金化作用。
The effects of cerium on the CCT diagram and critical point of 10SiMnsteel have been investigated by means of full-automatie transformation-testinginstrument(Formastor-Digital),and OM.SEM.The result shows that theaustenite stability and hardenability of 10SiMn containing cerium are increa-sed as compared with 10SiMn steel,and its Ac_1,Ac_3,Ar_1,Ar_3,Ms are de-creased by addition of cerium.It is proved that cerium plays a role of allo-ying in steels.The probable role of cerium,as alloying-element in steels,isdiscussed.
