摘要
室温条件下,使羊毛纤维与三氯化铁反应,制备羊毛纤维铁配合物,将其作为非均相Fenton光化反应催化剂用于偶氮染料的氧化降解。通过研究配合物中铁离子含量(CFe-wool)、辐射光强度、pH值和偶氮染料分子结构对染料降解反应速率常数的影响,以及羊毛纤维铁配合物作为催化剂的重复利用性能,结果表明,该配合物在pH≤6.0的溶液中对偶氮染料的氧化降解。显示出较高的催化活性,而在强酸性和碱性介质中活性有所降低;配合物中的铁离子含量和辐射光强度的增加均可显著提高偶氮染料降解(假一级反应)的反应速率常数;而其重复利用性则有待提高。
WooI-Fe (Ⅲ) complexes were prepared by reaction between wool fibers and ferric chloride at room temperature, then were used as the heterogeneous photocatalysts for the oxidative degradation of azo dyes. The effects of Fe content of catalyst (CFe-wool), irradiation intensities, pH value and molecular structures of dyes on the dye degradation rate constant were investigated. In addition, the reutilization of wool-Fe (Ⅲ) complexes as catalysts was also investigated. The results indicated that wool-Fe (Ⅲ) complexes had significant photocatalytic effect on the dye degradation, which can be described via pseudofirst-order kinetic model. Photocatalytic activity of wool-Fe(Ⅲ) complexes was higher when pH≤ 6.0 while reduced slightly at strong acidic and alkaline medium. Moreover, increasing CFe-wool and enhancing irradiation intensities could increase degradation rate constant, but the reutilization of wool-Fe (Ⅲ) complexes as catalysts was not satisfied and need to be improved in the future.
