摘要
以西南某石煤矿为原料,采用石煤中加入氧化剂和硫酸加热浸出,浸出液经P204萃取后水解沉钒工艺。研究结果表明,钒总回收率达68%以上,产品V2O5纯度达到国标99级以上。该方法与传统焙烧法提钒相比,具有无焙烧废气污染,产品质量高,污染少等优点。
Vanadium was extracted out of stone coal from a mine in Southwest of China by hydrometallurgy, leached heating in oxidant and acid - dilute. Experimental results showed that the recovery rate of the Vanadium was above 68% and the quality of the product achieved the 99 level of YB/T5304 - 2006. Compared with the traditional roasting, this method had no waste-gas of roasting, higher product quality and fewer pollution.
