摘要
高校作为为国家和社会培养高素质人才的主要场所,能否健康顺利地发展将直接影响到国家的发展。近年来,高校学生欠费问题日趋严重,不断累积的欠费严重制约了高校的发展,甚至已经影响到了某些高校的正常运行。造成这样的局面的原因是多样的,解决这一问题也不是政府、学校单方面能够完成的,而是需要政府、学校乃至整个社会携手共同完成的一个大课题。本文从分析当前高校学生欠费现状出发,对产生欠费问题的原因做了深层探究,并提出了解决问题的对策与建议,以其能对高校欠费问题的解决有所裨益。
The heahhy development of universities, which bear the responsibility of cuhivating high - quality talents for the country and society, directly affects the development of the whole country. In recent years, the problem of delayed tuition payment among students has become more serious, hindering the development of u- niversities. This problem is caused by a variety of reasons, and therefore, can be only solved through the efforts from the government, the universities proper and even the whole society. The paper, by analyzing the present situation, explores the related causes and puts forward some solutions.
