摘要
通过对某商用车驾驶室ECER29法规试验摆锤冲击过程的CAE分析,发现摆锤冲击过程中乘员的最小生存空间小于最后的生存空间。提出并实现了利用最小生存空间检验成员生存空间的数字化方法与过程。利用MADYMO伤害计算软件,基于多刚体与有限元耦合技术对冲击过程中的乘员响应进行了计算与分析,得出了膝部受力曲线。所提出的方法能准确预测乘员所受伤害。
By the CAE analysis of the pendulum impact test on a cab of commercial vehicle,it was discovered that the minimal survival space during the impacting is less than the eventual one.So the digital method and process about verifying the survival space utilizing minimal survival space were proposed and realized.Meanwhile based on technology of muhi-rigid body and finite element coupling,occupant response under impact was calculated by using computing software MADYMO,and the force curves of the knees were gotten.The method can accurately predict the injuries the occupant suffers.
