摘要
为了以较少的试验次数,准确、快捷地找到高硅菱镁矿的最佳浮选条件,运用多因素序贯试验法对菱镁矿浮选的试验方案进行了优化设计,并用数理统计的方法对试验数据进行了处理。确定了调整剂的最佳用量为碳酸钠1 800 kg/t,六偏磷酸钠80 g/t,盐化水玻璃900 g/t。在该条件下,从高硅镁矿石中可以提纯出w(MgO)=97.71%的高纯镁精矿。
In order to find the optimal conditions for purifying the high-silica-magnestie with fewer repeated times and shorter period, the magnesite flotation experiment was designed by multi-factor-sequential method. The data were analyzed by mathematical statistics and the optimal dosages of regulators were determined as follows: sodium carbonate is 1 800 g/t, sodium hexametaphosphate is 80 g/t, water glass is 900 g/t. In the condition, the w(MgO) = 97.71% high-purity magnesite could be obtained.
