摘要 阐述交流二自由度混合磁轴承(AC 2 degrees of freedom hybrid magnetic bearings,AC-2DOF-HMB)的结构和工作原理,采用等效磁路法建立了交流磁轴承径向悬浮力数学模型。在此基础上,设计交流磁轴承的控制系统,以TMS320F2812为控制系统的CPU研制了硬件,采用参数自整定模糊PID控制规律设计磁轴承控制器,基于C2000环境,用C语言和汇编语言结合开发了相关控制软件程序,并进行实验调试,实现交流混合磁轴承稳定悬浮。研究表明:所设计的交流混合磁轴承数字控制系统不仅能满足磁轴承的性能要求,而且便于参数调试,易于实现各种先进的控制策略。 The configuration and operation principle of AC 2 degrees of freedom hybrid magnetic bearings (AC-2DOF- HMB) were expounded, and the mathematics models of radial suspension forces were deduced by using the method of equivalent magnetic circuits. Then the control system of AC hybrid magnetic bearings was designed, the hardware based on TMS320F2812 was developed, and the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID controller for hybrid magnetic bearings was researched. The software of control system were developed using C language and assemble language in the C2000 development environment. The experiments were completed and the AC hybrid magnetic beatings were suspended steadily. The research results show that the digital control system of the AC hybrid magnetic bearings can meet performance requirement, parameter debugging is convenient, and various control strategies can be implemented easily.
