摘要
利用建立的各向异性k-ε湍流模型和精确测量的通道入口边界条件,计算研究了不同连接通道位置和角度下涡流室内的空气湍流流动特性。研究结果清晰展示了各种情况下的涡流发展形态、涡流速度分布特性及其他各湍流量的分布特性,揭示了连接通道结构对涡流室内空气流动特性的影响规律。
The air turbulence flow characteristics in the swirl chamber ofdiesel engine with different connecting passage positions and angles have beenstudied and calculated by using an established anisotropic k-ε turbulence modeland precisely-measured passage entrance boundary conditions. The research results clearly show the developing form, the speed distribution and the turbulencedistribution of the swirl in various swirl chambers. The way how the connectingpassage structure affects the air motion characteristics in the swirl chamber hasbeen revealed
