Simulation of Electric Rig Hoisting System Driven by AC Variable-Frequency Motor

摘要 为了进一步探讨交流变频电驱动钻机起升系统的动态特性,采用ADAMS仿真软件,对ZJ30/1700DB型交流变频电驱动钻机起升系统进行了模拟计算与分析。建立了系统模拟模型,分别对基本载荷、考虑钻柱和井壁摩擦时的钻机起升系统以及考虑系统弹性时的钻机起升系统进行了动态模拟,得到了大钩载荷、大钩速度以及绞车滚筒角速度的模拟结果,并通过模拟得到了起升系统起升过程的动载系数。模拟结果表明:钻机在起升过程中存在着动载,动载系数随着起升条件的改变而改变;在起升过程中由于钻柱与井壁产生摩擦,使起升过程的平稳性变差,使大钩载荷增加,滚筒、大钩速度呈现出明显的不均匀;考虑起升系统弹性后整个系统在起升过程中振动增大,在实际控制过程中必须要认真对待;控制系统的灵敏性、准确性也影响起升系统的动载系数。为减小起升时的动载系数,可采用直接控制电机特性的方法,有效减小起升动载荷。模拟结果对进一步继续深入研究电驱动钻机及其绞车特性和产品设计都具有一定的参考价值。 In order to investigate the dynamic characteristics of electric rig hoisting system driven by AC variable-frequency motor, the simulation, calculation and analysis for the oil drilling rig hoisting system of Model ZJ30/1700DB driven by AC variable-frequency motor, have been carried out using ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems) simulation software. A system simulation model has been set up, and the oil drilling rig hoisting system has been simulated considering the basic load, the elasticity of the system and the friction between drill string and wellface. The simulation results of the hook load and velocity, angular velocity of drawworks roller and the dynamic load coefficient of the hoisting system have been obtained. The simulation results show that there exists dynamic load in drilling rig during hoisting process, and the dynamic load factors may change with the change of hoisting condition, during hoisting process, the stability of hoisting process become worse due to the friction between drill string and wellbore, the hook load become bigger, and there is obvious asymmetry of the velocity of roller and hook. The overall system has become more complex and the overall system vibration has increased due to the increase of hoisting system elasticity, therefore the actual procedure should be treated carefully; the sensitivity and accuracy of the control system also impact the dynamic load coefficient of the hoisting system. In order to reduce the dynamic load coefficient, the method of controlling motor performance (for example, controlling the torque of the motor) can be adopted, which can effectively reduce hoisting dynamic load. The simulation results are helpful for the further investigation on electric-driven drilling rig, the characteristics of its drawworks and the improvement of product design.
