输卵管积水的手术方法对体外受精与胚胎移植结局的影响

摘要 [目的]研究输卵管积水患者行体外受精与胚胎移植(IVF-ET)前,行输卵管切除术和输卵管近端结扎、远端粘连松解术治疗对IVF-ET结局的影响。[方法]回顾性分析2000年1月至2007年11月,因输卵管积水手术后行IVF-ET治疗者74例,分A组33例(双输卵管切除术)和B组41例(双输卵管近端结扎、远端粘连松解术)。[结果]AB两组Gn(促卵泡生成素)的量、获卵数、卵裂率、受精率、种植率和妊娠率差异无显著性。[结论]输卵管切除术和输卵管近端结扎、远端粘连松解术对IVF-ET妊娠率的影响,差异无显著性,建议开展大规模随机对照试验以确定输卵管积水最佳的治疗方式。
