摘要
文中针对工业污水处理工艺特点及控制要求,研制开发了一套基于IPC-PLC的智能化监控系统。在对工艺流程介绍的基础上,给出了系统硬件构成及实施方案,通过PLC的结构化编程实现了控制功能,采用WinCC组态软件实现了上位计算机管理功能及智能控制策略。实践表明,该系统保证了污水处理过程的高效运行,控制和管理水平明显提高。
This paper introduces an intelligent control system based on IPC-PLC for industrial sewage treatment. The management function and the intelligent control strategy are implemented by using WinCC. The hardware and the structured programming of PLC are also presented.
