SDF-1α/CXCR4轴在干/祖细胞“归巢”治疗缺血性心脏病中的作用及其调控 被引量:5

摘要 基质细胞衍生因子1α(stromal derived factor 1α,SDF-1α)和其受体CXCR4构成的SDF-1α/ CXCR4轴在调节干/祖细胞"归巢"受损心肌中起关键作用。深入研究此轴的启动和调控机制,对干/祖细胞治疗缺血性心脏病有重要意义。
