摘要
根据API 581基于风险的检验原理,采用DNV的AST RBI软件对港务储运部大型储罐群进行定量风险评估,得到了储罐壁板和底板的失效可能性、失效后果与风险等级。通过分析结果,识别出储罐的主要失效模式及损伤机理。针对不同的失效可能性等级和风险等级制定了相应的检验策略,达到在降低储罐运行风险的同时,把有限的检修资源用于真正需要检修的储罐,为储罐利用率的最大化提供保证。
DNV's AST RBI software is used in the quantitative risk assessment of large storage tank group based on API581 risk based inspection principle, and the failure possibility,failure effect and risk grade of wall plate and bottom plate of storage tank are obtained.The main failure mode and damage mechanism of storage tank are identified based on the analysis results,and corresponding inspection strategies are developed according to different failure possibility grade and risk grade with an aim to focus the limited maintenance resources on storage tanks in need of maintenance while minimizing the risk in operation of storage tanks and to guarantee the maximum utilization of storage tank.
