摘要
简要介绍了辽宁某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿的矿石性质,针对矿石性质的特点,重点介绍了采用铜铅混浮-铜铅分离-混浮尾矿抑硫浮锌的浮选工艺,通过控制矿浆pH值,选择高效捕收剂、抑制剂等措施,使铜铅矿物与锌硫矿物、铜矿物与铅矿物得到较好分离。
There were main metallic minerals (copper-lead-zinc sulfide ores) with fine disseminated size and close associated relations in a mine in Liaoning. It was difficult to separate the ores, and there was excess content of lead and zinc in a copper concentrate and excess content of zinc in a lead concentrate in production. In the light of characteristics of the ores, the bulk flotation of copper and lead-separation of copper and lead-bulk flotation of tailings were adopted to suppress sulfur and float zinc.
