摘要
采用铺砂原理设计研制了排种器实验台,并针对实验工作参数复杂的特点,基于RS485总线技术设计了控制系统。控制系统采用PC机作为上位机,输送带运行采用变频调速技术,排种器及排砂器采用步进电机调速。给出了系统结构及工作原理,并在此基础上讨论了系统总体控制方案及电机选型;分析了变频器专用通信协议及指令格式;制定了步进电机控制方案以及PC机与单片机之间的通信协议;介绍了各部分硬件工作原理、软件流程及PC机用户界面。实验证明,该控制系统符合实际应用要求。
A seed- metering device laboratory table with sand -paving conveyer belt was designed. As to its complex parameters, control system based on RS485 was designed. In this system, PC was adopted as the HOST. Variable - Frequency Technique was applied to control the speed of then belt. Stepping motor was also adopted in this system. This paper introduced the structure and principle of the system, discussed the control method and the selection of motors. Analyzed the communication protocol of frequency converter; Analyzed the control method of the stepping motor and constituted the communication protocol between PC and MCU; The principle of individually part, the flow chart of software and then user's interface were also introduced in this paper. The results of experiment proved that it conforms to requirement.
