摘要
目的探讨舒张性心功能不全的临床特点和治疗方法。方法对32例以舒张性心功能不全为主要临床表现的患者的治疗进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者经积极有效治疗均于1周后纠正心衰,心功能得到改善。结论改善心肌血供氧供,降低心肌氧耗,减轻和逆转心肌肥厚和重塑,增加左室顺应性,可有效预防和纠正舒张功能不全性心衰。
Objective Investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment method of diastolic dysfunction. Methods To Process retrospective analyses by reviewing therapy for 32 patients, whose clinical manifestations are mainly diastolic dysfunction. Results All patients＇ heart failure had been cured and their heart function had also been improved after one weeks＇ active and effective treatment. Conclusion Improving blood supply and oxygen delivery for cardiac muscle, decreasing its oxygen consumption, reducing and reversing cardiac hypertrophy with remodeling, plus increasing cardiac compliance for left ventricle, all of above methods can actively prevent and correct heart failure caused by diastolic dysfunction.
