摘要
腹腔填塞是损伤控制外科的有效手段。文中就腹腔填塞的历史背景、填塞方式的改进、填塞材料的更新、腹腔填塞的适应证和指征、具体操作方法、并发症及其处理,以及再手术时机的选择进行综述。
Abdominal packing is an effective adjunct of damage control surgery （DCS）. In this system- ic review, we summarize the historical back ground, improvement of modalities, update of materials, in- dications, specific operational approaches, complications and their managements, as well as timing for re-operation involved in abdominal packing.
