摘要
认为基于台风路径气象预测信息,结合GIS地理信息系统,可实现对台风可能造成的电网事故作出预测,并且通过采取有针对性的预防措施,有利于电网的安全稳定。采用Flex技术,结合ArcGIS Server9.3的缓冲区分析技术,研究了台风气象电网风险预警机制的实现方式。案例模拟分析表明,以上技术可以预测出受台风影响最严重的电网线路、杆塔、变电站、电厂。
Based on the forecast of the typhoon tracks, and in combination with the GIS, the possible power grid incidents caused by the typhoon could be predicted. And corresponding measures could be implemented to ensure the stability and security of the power grid. The author introduces the typhoon weather risk precaution system by combining flex technology and ArcGIS Seiver9.3 buffer technology. Case studies show that the system is very useful in predicting the lines, towers, substations and power plants that might suffer the most from typhoon.
