摘要
从辽宁沿海经济带的建设取得的成果入手,分析了辽宁沿海经济带高校毕业生就业与需求存在的问题。对辽宁沿海经济带高校毕业生就业供求状况进行分析,提出了区域就业矛盾问题,并针对存在的问题提出了相应解决对策。
Liaoning coastal economic belt-building is not only driving domestic demand and promoting the region＇s economic development of the entire north-eastern including Liaoning Province, but also providing many jobs. However,in Liaoning coastal economic belt,there are certain problems about the employment of college graduates. We analyzed the situation of employment supply and demand of college graduates of the Liaoning coastal economic belt and put forward the problem of regional employment contradiction and suggest countermeasures.
