摘要
学习共享空间是信息共享空间发展的新阶段和新模式。它以整合资源和集成服务为基础,旨在为大学师生提供交互、协作学习和研究实体与虚拟场所,以满足师生不同的学习需求。文章以加拿大皇后大学图书馆学习共享空间为案例,从建设思路、硬件、软件环境、服务学习的作用等角度剖析了学习共享空间的构建,以期为我国高校图书馆学习共享空间建设及服务提供借鉴。
Learning Commons (LC) is a new phase and new service model of the development of Information Commons. Based on the integration of resources and services, LC aims to provide teachers and students with interac- tive, collaborative learning and research entities and virtual places so as to meet their different learning needs. Tak- ing the LC of the library of the Canadian Empress University for example, this paper analyzes the construction of LC from the viewpoint of the construction thinking, the environment of hardware and software, and the function of learn- ing for service so that the university libraries in China will use this for reference in their construction and service of LC.
