摘要
交联聚合物驱油方法是针对非均质性严重、原油粘度较高的油藏提出的。本文报道了有机锆交联聚丙烯酰胺驱油剂的配方研究,通过对聚丙烯酰胺/有机锆交联剂体系粘度时间关系的考察,讨论了聚丙烯酰胺和有机锆浓度、体系pH值和交联温度(30—60℃)对延缓交联和交联体系稳定性的影响。
o prepare crosslinking (gelling) polyacrylamide solution for EOR, a specially synthesized zirconium organic complex is used as delay crosslinker. The effects of polymer and crosslinker concentrations, Cp and Cc, pH value, and temperature on the enhancement in viscosity of gelling solutions are studied and the optimal formulation found is as follows: Cp=0.12—0.15%, Cc=0.09—0.10%, pH value 5.0—5.5. It is to be used in reservoirs of temperature ≤60℃.
