摘要
以某480柴油机曲轴为例,利用Pro/E的实体建模技术和HyperWorks的前处理技术建立了曲轴的实体模型,并在ANSYS的基础上,利用APDL语言编写了有限元分析的命令流文件,进行参数化有限元分析。提取曲轴的关键参数,进行曲轴的全局优化,验证了方法的可行性。
How to build a 3D solid model of crankshaft by using Pro/E modeling techniques and pre-processor technology of HyperWorks is presented by taking the crankshaft of 480 diesel engine as an example. A commend file for FEA is programmed with APDL based on ANSYS to make a parametric FEA. Six key parameters is taken for a fully optimization of the crankshaft and then the feasibility of the method is validated.
