摘要
采用田间开顶式熏气装置对盆栽小麦进行熏气试验,研究在相同SO2浓度,不同熏气时间样本叶液pH值、叶片电导率、含硫量的变化.实验结果表明,SO2熏气后小麦叶片含硫量明显增加,熏气时间与小麦叶片浸出液pH值之间存在显著负相关性,与叶片电导率之间存在正相关性.
Experiments were conducted in an open-top fumigation device. The potted wheat were exposed to four sulfur dioxide (SO2) exposure duration of 30 minutes,60 minutes ,90 minutes and 120 minutes in order to investigate the impact of SO2 on leaf sulfur content, leaf conductance and pH value of extracted leaf fluid. The result showed that SO2 exposure duration was significantly positively correlated with leaf sulfur content and conductance of extracted leaf fluid, but was strongly negatively correlated with pH value of extracted leaf fluid. Furthermore some relations among these indices were obvious.
