摘要
农村公共产品对于农村社会的发展具有重要的作用,加强农村公共产品供给是当前农村工作的一个重要任务。解决农村公共产品供给问题,不仅要重视政府和市场的力量,同时也要注重社会的力量。作为公民社会力量载体的民间组织,在农村公共产品的供给中能发挥很大的作用。这不仅是必要的,而且也是可能的。充分发挥民间组织在农村公共产品的供给中的作用,关键是正确的梳理好民用,间组织参与农村公共产品供给的思路与途径。
The rural public products play a vital role in rural community＇s development. Strengthe- ning the supply of the rural public product is a current important task in the country. Social strength as well as government＇s strength can help to solve the problem of the supply of the rural public product. The non-government organization, as a carrier of social strength, can play a great role in the supply of the rural public product, which is not only necessary but also possible. The key to bring the non-government organizations in lull play is to properly organize the ideas and ways of the non-government organization＇partieipation in the supply of the rural public product.
