摘要
对"高校网络舆情"的概念进行了界定,通过对"舆论"与"舆情"进行辨析进一步明确了高校网络舆情(工作)作为一个独立的研究领域存在的必要性和价值;文章结合实例对高校网络舆情工作的规划,舆情信息的汇集与整理、分析与研究、报送与决策等内容和流程进行了梳理,提出决策者要根据不同的报告类型开展相关工作,促进高校民主决策和民主监督以及维护高校的安全稳定和谐,并最终达到为学生服务的目的。文章的最后对开展此项工作需注意的事项进行了简要的说明。
This paper defines the conceptions of the net - mediated public sentiment relating to the university , describes its value on the basis of the discrimination of public sentiment and public opinion. Also, it discusses the major content and process of this work, in- cluding planning , collection , arrangement, analysis and research, report and decision. Finally,it gives some suggestions for doing this work well.
