“二年制”多媒体专业人才培养模式的探索 被引量:1

Quality guarantee for two-year college Multimedia program

摘要 本文以深圳信息职业技术学院"二年制"多媒体专业为例,总结了以工学结合为切入点,实施适合二年制高职特色人才培养模式改革的历程,重点探索了课程建设的经验。 Technical college education has developed rapidly in recent years; yet the education quality has achieved no apparent breakthrough so far. It is so mainly due to the fact that technical college educators delude themselves out of line with actual needs of the community and industries. The strategy of educator/employer partnerships proves to he an effective solution to the problem. Therefore, the two-year college Multimedia educators should follow closely the strategy of business/education partnerships and work to seek the exactly right way of cultivating talents of the program, Only quality trainers could guarantee quality trainees. Hence, the faculty should he enriched with part-time instructors and trainers, who are with rich real world knowledge and experience from businesses and industries. Only in this way could the win-win situation between educators and employers be resulted in.
