自然循环锅炉停炉后汽包壁温差的控制

摘要 针对广州发电厂有限公司4号炉停炉后多次出现汽包上、下壁温差超过规定值的情况,分析了汽包壁温差产生的原因,指出汽包壁温差大的危害,提出了合理的控制措施,保证了汽包的安全。在采取这些措施之后,有效地将汽包壁温差控制在规定的范围内。 Large temperature difference between different parts of drum wall after shutdown of natural circulation boilers may do harm to the drum itself. Such temperature difference frequently occurred to the No. 4 boiler of Guangzhou Power Plant between its upper and lower drum wall after boiler shutdown. To solve this problem, necessary analysis was made, based on which reasonable countermeasures were proposed. The temperature difference can now be effectively controlled within prescribed scope after relevant countermeasures were taken.
