摘要
目的:建立异烟肼片HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱Agilent ZORBAX SB—C18(5um,4.6×250mm),以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(44:55:1)为流动相;检测波长263nm,流速1.0ml/min。结果:异烟肼在0.032—0.160ug范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.99995n=5):平均回收率为:97.07%,RSD=0.9%。结论:本法分离良好,结果准确。
Objective:To establish a method of determination of isoniazid tablets by HPLC. Methods: BP - HPLC used Agilent ZORBAX SB -C18 column(5um,4. 6 × 250mm) ,mobile phase was composed of methanol - water - glacial acetic acid(44:55:1) ,The flow rate was 1.0ml/min with detection wavelength at 263nm. Results:Isoniazid in the range of 0. 032 - 0. 160ug a good linear relationship: (r = 0. 99995, n = 5 )The average recovery was 97.07%, BSD = 0. 9%. Conclusion:This method's accurate and repeatability is good.
